I ve noticed everyone recommends 3 coats of polyurethane i m using polo plaz semi gloss on a newly sanded floor.
Is two coats of polyurethane enough on hardwood floors.
If you are using oil based poly it is ok to use one or two coats.
Double poly and one lacquer sealer are recommended for a safe and smooth finishing.
